2024 STATIC Pitch prices

We now except static caravans to our site, unfortunately we do not rent out caravans,  

 All vans must not be more than 20 years old on arrival and will be assessed when 20 years old and every year after. 

All caravans must be cream in colour with a tiled effect roof. 

We have 15 hard standing yearly, Touring seasonal and Static pitches available.
Each monthly pitch price includes drinking water, rubbish bin collection, waste water removal cost, grass cutting and free Wi-Fi.

We do not charge a full year in advance like most sites.

2024 price

 9 month usage, Static caravan pitch price is £2460 per year. 

£205 per monthly standing order + electric. 

Pitch prices will increase by about 2.5% or £5 per month every year.

 Caravans may not be sub let, however family can of course stay free .

Static caravan pitches have 10 amp metered hook up boxes.

A £500 deposit is required, A Minimum one years stay and three months leaving notice is required.

These are for holiday use only, NO residential use, you must have full postal home address, caravans can not be used as a main address.
