We only take yearly Seasonal caravans now.

How we can help

We have FREE Wi-Fi on site and hard standings on all pitches to make your stay easier and more enjoyable.
There is now a toilet available on site, however there is No shower block.

We except 1 quiet, well behaved dog per pitch.

( all dogs must be on a lead while on site, no dog walking on site. )

We are a quiet adult only site with very little facilities, and nothing at all for children but ideal for the over 50s and retirees.

Sorry but we are unable to take Tents and Touring caravans this is a Seasonal Caravan site only.

All caravans are customer owned, we do not rent out caravans.

All our pitches have 10 amp electric, hardstanding and a water tap each.

2024 SEASONAL PITCH prices

Yearly Seasonal Touring Pitches

We have 15 hard standing, yearly touring seasonal pitches available.

All caravans must be less than 20 years old on arrival and in great condition, vans will be assessed every year after.

We do not charge a full years rent in advance like most sites. We take a £500 deposit, plus your chosen pitch term currently starting at £165 a month, with a January increase each year of approx 2.5% month.

£1980 per year, £165 monthly standing order, + Metered electric hook-up at whole sale price, 0% commission.

Our summer 9 month season pitch is only £ 165 per month, £38 per week, £5 a night.

Our summer season is from 1st March until 31th November, 9 months use over 12 months payments, however your caravans stays on your pitch all year round. price + metered electric.

Each pitch price includes drinking water, rubbish bin collection, waste water & chemical waste water removal cost, grass cutting and free Wi-Fi, plus a metered electric hook up.

A £500 deposit is required to ensure one full years stay at our long stay prices and three months leaving notice.

These are for holiday use only, you must have full postal home address, caravans can not be used as a main residence or address, pitches are for holiday use only.
